Marietta Man Arrested on Multiple Charges Following Domestic Disturbance

MARIETTA, PA – On Saturday, officers with Susquehanna Regional Police responded to a domestic disturbance in the 300 block of N. Second St, Conoy Township. Through their investigation, Brian Duran was arrested for committing acts of strangulation, false imprisonment, simple assault, terroristic threats, witness/victim intimidation, endangering the welfare of children, and recklessly endangering another person.

Duran was transported to Lancaster County Prison for arraignment and is presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.

The incident has raised awareness among Marietta residents about the seriousness of domestic violence and the need to protect those who may be at risk. Local authorities urge anyone experiencing or witnessing domestic abuse to contact the police immediately, as early intervention can prevent further harm and help victims access the support and resources they need.
