Maryland State Police Investigate Fatal Motorcycle Crash in Prince George’s County

UPPER MARLBORO, MD – Maryland State Police are investigating a fatal motorcycle crash that occurred on Monday evening, in Prince George’s County. The deceased, Bryan McKinley Hall, 49, of Upper Marlboro, was the rider of a 2009 Suzuki motorcycle involved in the accident. Emergency Medical Service personnel pronounced Hall deceased at the scene.

The preliminary investigation indicates that the Suzuki was traveling north on Route 301 when it collided with the passenger side of a tractor-trailer attempting to make a U-turn from the southbound lanes into the northbound lanes on Route 301. Responders from the Maryland State Highway Administration and the Official Prince George’s County Fire/EMS Department assisted at the scene. The cause of the crash is still under investigation.

With warmer weather marking the beginning of the motorcycle riding season, Maryland State Police are reminding motorists to share the road safely and avoid engaging in impaired, aggressive, or distracted driving.
