NEW CUMBERLAND, PA – The New Cumberland Police Department is investigating an armed robbery that took place on Sunday, at around 3:25 p.m. at the basketball courts of Hillside Elementary.
Three masked individuals, armed with handguns, confronted and robbed the victims present at the courts.
The suspects made their getaway in a vehicle believed to be a 2010 Mercury Mountaineer or Mariner, silver in color.
Investigators believe this incident wasn’t random.
