MCKEAN COUNTY, PA – District Attorney Stephanie Vettenburg-Shaffer announced that a warrant has been issued for the arrest of Robert Allen Tanner of Smethport.
The warrant was issued on Wednesday, by Magisterial District Judge William K. Todd.
Tanner is charged with multiple offenses against a juvenile spanning from September 26, 2021, to February 23.
The charges include Rape of a Child, Involuntary Deviate Sexual Intercourse with a Child, Incest of a Minor, and other sexual offenses.
