Melbourne Man Wins Million Dollar Powerball Prize

MELBOURNE, FL – Alan Jotkoff, a 69-year-old resident of Melbourne, Florida, has claimed a $1 million prize from the Florida Lottery’s Powerball drawing held on February 4, 2023. The winning ticket matched all five of the white ball numbers but did not match the Power Ball number.

Jotkoff’s winning Powerball ticket was a Quick Pick purchased from Publix, located at 1601 Promenade Boulevard in Weston. The retailer will be awarded a $1,000 bonus commission for selling the winning ticket.

The winning numbers are available on the Lottery’s website, mobile app, at retailers throughout the state, and through the phone at (850) 921-PLAY.
