KNOXVILLE, MD – A million-dollar winning Powerball lottery ticket sold in Knoxville, Maryland, has not yet been claimed, according to the Maryland Lottery.
If you purchased tickets for Powerball at the location, you should double-check and immediately sign any winning tickets.
The million-dollar ticket was sold on April 8 at Sheetz on Burkittsville Road in Knoxville.
As of Monday, nobody has claimed the prize.
“The Maryland Lottery encourages players to check their tickets by scanning them at any Lottery retailer or with the Lottery’s mobile apps. Draw game winners have 182 days from the date of a drawing to claim their prizes, and scratch-off winners have 182 days from the announced end-of-game date,” the Maryland Lottery said today.
