The Philadelphia Police Department needs the public’s assistance in locating a 58-year-old Endangered Missing Person Helder Ferreira. He was last seen on Monday, November 1st, 2021, on the 19XX block of Sansom Street.
He is 5’6″, 170 lbs., medium build, light complexion, brown eyes and black hair. Clothing description is unknown.
