The Philadelphia Police Department needs the public’s assistance in locating 14-year-old Missing Juvenile Dalmir Croswell-Brown. He was last seen on Friday, October 21st, 2021.,at 7:00 P.M., by her foster mother on the 600 block of N. 55th St.
He is 5’9″ 130lbs, medium build, dark complexion, brown eyes, black Afro hair. He was last seen wearing a blue “polo” sweatshirt, a black shirt and dark blue “Dickie” pants. He is known to frequent the area of 53rdand Master St., as well as South Phila.
