The Philadelphia Police Department needs the public’s assistance in locating 15-year-old missing juvenile George Rankin. He was last seen on Tuesday, January 10, 2023, at 12:00 pm, on the 9xx block of N 10th St.
He is 6’1, 230 pounds, brown eyes, black hair and dark complected.
