The Philadelphia Police Department needs the public’s assistance in locating a 16-year-old Missing Juvenile Sincere Bennett. He was last seen on Thursday, October 28th, 2021, at 5th and Shunk Street.
He is 5’9″, 110 lbs., thin build, black hair and brown eyes. He was last seen wearing a black hoodie with “Stranger Things” written the front in red, blue jeans and sneakers with white soles.
