Missing Pennsylvania woman found dead at West Virginia golf course

FAIRMONT, WV – A 76-year-old woman reported missing in Pennsylvania earlier this week has been tragically found dead in Fairmont, West Virginia.

Ellen Donahoo, who had been diagnosed with dementia, was located on Tuesday at a golf course in Marion County, authorities confirmed. She had been reported missing from her North Bethlehem Township home in Washington County, Pennsylvania, after leaving in a 2020 black Lincoln MKZ on Monday.

The investigation into her death is now being led by the Marion County Sheriff’s Department.
