The Philadelphia Police Department needs the public’s assistance in locating Missing Person David Torzak. Mr. Torzak was last seen at his residence 62XX Ardleigh Street at noon on Tuesday, October 26, 2021.
Mr. Torzak is 70 years old, 6’0”, approximately 190 lbs, brown eyes, and brown wavy shoulder-length hair; he was last seen wearing a green “Rocawear” sweater with an “RW” on the right arm and gray pants.
