WILKES-BARRE, PA — Tyron Phanelson, a 16-year-old, is missing and was last seen at approximately 3:30 p.m. on October 24, 2023. He was last spotted in the area of 125 N Sherman St., Wilkes-Barre.
Phanelson is 5 feet 4 inches tall and weighs around 120 pounds. There is no available description of the clothing he was last seen wearing.
