Monmouth Police Report Multiple Labor Day Weekend DWI Arrests

MONMOUTH COUNTY, NJ – On Friday, Patrolman Josh Wheeler conducted a motor vehicle stop on State Highway 35, leading to the arrest of Kim E. Wilson, 61.

Wilson had several outstanding warrants from Ocean Township and Long Branch and was processed and released.

Later that day, Patrolman James Yannazzone investigated a motor vehicle collision on Gully Road, resulting in the arrest of Kelsey M. Forbes, 29, of Manasquan, for driving while intoxicated.

Forbes was processed and released in line with John’s Law.

In a separate incident, Patrolman Tyler Driscoll arrested Jessica Weygant, 35, of Ocean Township, for driving while intoxicated after a motor vehicle stop on State Highway 35. Weygant was processed and released according to John’s Law.
