Morris County Mail Order Drug Dealer Sentenced to Prison

MORRIS COUNTY, NJ – The Morris County Prosecutor’s Office, in collaboration with the Roxbury Township Police Department and the United States Postal Inspection Service, has successfully concluded a narcotics distribution case.

Morris County Prosecutor Robert J. Carroll and Roxbury Township Police Department Chief Dean Adone announced the sentencing of Eldridge Cruzado, 21, from Kenvil, New Jersey.

In May and June 2023, the aforementioned agencies investigated Cruzado for distributing various narcotics throughout the state and country.

The operation involved sending drug packages to multiple post offices in Morris County. The seizure of these packages led to the discovery of a significant quantity of Lysergic acid diethylamide (LSD). Cruzado was arrested following the execution of search warrants at his residence.

On November 13, 2023, Cruzado pleaded guilty to second-degree distribution of LSD before the Honorable Ralph E. Amirata, J.S.C. Subsequently, on January 5, he was sentenced to ten years in New Jersey State Prison for this offense.
