HYDE PARK, NY — A 31-year-old Poughkeepsie woman was arrested Wednesday following a narcotics investigation that led to a raid at a Hyde Park motel, authorities said.

The Dutchess County District Attorney’s Office Drug Task Force identified the suspect as Yelonnie Johnson, who investigators say was selling narcotics in Hyde Park and surrounding areas.

On July 23, agents executed a search warrant at a motel room, where Johnson was taken into custody without incident. Officers seized cocaine, packaging materials, and scales believed to be used for drug distribution.

Johnson was charged with criminal possession of a controlled substance in the third degree, a class B felony. She was arraigned in Hyde Park Town Court and released to probation supervision in accordance with state law.
