Motorcyclist Arrested After Repeatedly Evading Police

NAZARETH, PA – Slate Belt Regional Police confirmed the arrest of C. Bobko on Monday, after multiple incidents of evading law enforcement.

The initial incident took place on Thursday, April 27, when officers were dispatched to a Plainfield Township residence for a threats complaint involving Bobko. The suspect fled the scene on a motorcycle when approached by the police.

In a subsequent incident on Sunday, June 25, an officer received a tip regarding Bobko’s whereabouts. Upon reaching the location, Bobko, operating a silver Mazda, again fled at high speeds. Both incidents led to the issuance of arrest warrants for the suspect.

Finally, on last Monday, Bobko was successfully taken into custody and transported to Northampton County Prison on a $50,000 bail.

Charges include flight to avoid apprehension and fleeing or attempting to elude police, among other traffic offenses.
