PHILADELPHIA, PA – A Philadelphia man is dead after his motorcycle was struck at a high rate of speed by five teens driving a stolen car, fleeing police.

Today, the Philadelphia Police Department issued a statement expressing condolences to the family and friends of Mr. Wilberto Casillas, who died in a tragic accident on Monday. Mr. Casillas was riding his motorcycle when he was struck by a stolen vehicle at the intersection of Front St. and Hunting Park Ave.
