MOUNT JOY, PA – Brian P. Fultano, 37, faces charges of aggravated and simple assault after a recent incident in Mount Joy Borough.
The altercation took place on Penn Court Drive. During the incident, Fultano struck a victim, causing a suspected broken nose and additional injuries.
The dispute escalated when Fultano pushed the victim to the ground and bit her finger.
The Police Department responded to the altercation and took Fultano into custody.
