MOUNT VERNON, NY — A lucky TAKE 5 player scored a top prize of $15,420 in the January 20 midday drawing, with the winning ticket sold in Mount Vernon, the New York Lottery announced.
The ticket was purchased at The Check Cashing Place, located at 48 Gramatan Avenue.
TAKE 5 draws winning numbers from a field of 1 through 39 and offers two chances to win daily, with drawings held at 2:30 p.m. and 10:30 p.m. Players have one year from the drawing date to claim their prize.
