Cleveland, the driver, was found without identification, and deputies noticed a marijuana blunt and a prescription pill bottle in the vehicle.

A subsequent search revealed a loaded 9mm Beretta handgun, which was reported stolen from Monongahela, PA, and 6 suspected Hydrocodone pills.

Cleveland, whose concealed carry permit had been revoked, was arrested and transported to the Allegheny County Jail, awaiting arraignment on the charges.
