Multi-Vehicle Crash Claims Life in Vorhees

VOORHEES, NJ – A high-speed collision on Haddonfield Berlin Road resulted in one fatality late Friday evening, according to Voorhees police. The incident involved a 2008 Honda traveling southbound at an excessive speed, which collided with a 2024 Lexus SUV near Lafayette Avenue. The Lexus was operated by a 53-year-old resident of Atco.

Following the collision with the Lexus SUV, the Honda veered across the roadway, crossing the double yellow lines. It then impacted a 2016 Chevy Traverse head-on, which was driven by a 41-year-old Voorhees resident. Local police and fire/EMS units were dispatched to the scene. The driver of the Honda was pronounced dead upon their arrival.
