AKRON, OH – A 20-year-old murder suspect wanted out of Texas is believed to be in Northeast Ohio, and authorities are offering a reward for information leading to his capture.

Tion Green is wanted by the Killeen Police Department in Texas and the United States Marshals Service for murder, according to the Northern Ohio Violent Fugitive Task Force.

Green is described as a Black male, approximately 6 feet 1 inch tall and weighing about 150 pounds. Officials say he is known to frequent the Akron and Cleveland areas.

The Northern Ohio Violent Fugitive Task Force is assisting in efforts to locate and apprehend him.

Anyone with information regarding Green’s whereabouts is asked to contact the task force at 1-866-4WANTED. Tips can also be submitted online through the U.S. Marshals Service website. Tipsters may remain anonymous, and reward money is available.

Authorities have not released additional details about the underlying case in Texas.
