Myrtle Beach police investigate after vehicle window shot near North Kings Highway

MYRTLE BEACH, S.C. — Police are investigating a Saturday morning incident in which a vehicle’s window was shot while driving near 9th Avenue North and North Kings Highway.

Officers responded to the report at 5:53 a.m., according to the Myrtle Beach Police Department. No injuries have been reported, but investigators believe the damage was caused by a BB or pellet gun.

Police have released a photo of a suspect and the vehicle believed to have been involved in the incident. Authorities are asking for the public’s assistance in identifying the individual responsible.
