Mystery shooting leaves 22-year-old injured in Northwest Baltimore

BALTIMORE, M.D. — Authorities are investigating a shooting after a 22-year-old man showed up at a residence with a gunshot wound late Thursday night in Northwest Baltimore.

Officers responded at approximately 11:28 p.m. to the 3300 block of Powhatan Avenue, where a family member reported that the victim had arrived suffering from a gunshot wound to the upper body.

The victim was transported to a local hospital and is listed in stable condition. As of now, police have not located the crime scene.

Northwest District Shooting detectives have taken over the investigation. Anyone with information is urged to call detectives at 410-396-2466.
