New Jersey Kidnappers Threatened to Cut Victim’s Fingers Off If Ransom Not Paid

NEWARK, N.J. – U.S. Attorney Philip R. Sellinger has announced the arrest and charging of two men in a harrowing kidnapping case in Paterson, New Jersey.
