EWING-The New Jersey Mystics defeated the Monroe Thunder 3-1 to win the USA Softball 2018 B Division New Jersey State Championship on Sunday.
Hailey Neville (Ocean City HS) pitched a complete game, striking out three batters. Neville went 2 for 3 at the plate. Alyssa Weber drove in 2 runs for the Mystics with a double in the 5th inning. Sam Jacobs went 2 for 2 with an RBI.
Abigail Pawlowski went 2 for 3 for the Thunder.
