New Jersey State Police Celebrate Civilian Appreciation Day

WEST TRENTON, NJ — The New Jersey State Police, a civilian law enforcement agency, recently held their 2024 Division Civilian Appreciation Day at the Health and Wellness Center at Division Headquarters.

The event was dedicated to acknowledging the hard work and dedication of the non-uniformed civilian members of the civilian police force.

Despite not wearing badges, the department said those fellow civilians are integral to the State Police’s mission, providing vital support and managing numerous organizational responsibilities. The appreciation day they featured an array of activities, including food, fun games, and opportunities for laughter and reconnecting with friends and former colleagues.

The New Jersey State Police extends their gratitude to these committed individuals for their ongoing service to the state.
