New Years Party Ruckus Lands Lanoka Harbor Resident with Court Appearance

LANOKA HARBOR-On Thursday, January 1, 2015, at 1:24 a.m., Officers Scott Keefe and Andrew Slota responded to 3 Hill Top Court in Lanoka Harbor for a noise complaint. Officers had responded previously to a noise complaint at 1:02 a.m., but the resident was reported to have turned the music off upon radio dispatch of the patrol officers; therefore no noise was present at the time of the initial response of officers. Residents in the area reported that the music level increased to an even higher level following the initial response of the officers. Officers returned to 3 Hill Top Court and as a result of the investigation on scene, the resident, 25-year-old Kristen Kell, was issued a summons for loud music which requires a court appearance in the Lacey Township Municipal Court.
