HAMILTON, NJ – Motorists are advised to take note of a scheduled road closure on New York Avenue beginning Tuesday, at 7 a.m., and remain closed until 5 p.m. Wednesday.
A detour around the construction area has been posted, and drivers should expect delays and seek an alternate route.
The road will be closed again on Monday, from 7 a.m. to 5 p.m., with the same detour route being utilized. These closures mark the final phase of the multiphase project to reconstruct New York Avenue.
The Township of Hamilton Police Department thanks residents and travelers for their patience during the necessary repairs and encourages everyone to plan accordingly to minimize inconvenience.
