An off-duty NYPD officer was arrested early Sunday morning in the Bronx for aggravated driving while intoxicated, according to police.
Kelvin Nunez, 38, was taken into custody at approximately 4:45 a.m. within the confines of the 41st Precinct. Nunez is currently employed as a police officer with the New York City Police Department.
No additional details surrounding the circumstances of the arrest were immediately released.
