NEW YORK CITY, NY – On Tuesday, an off-duty New York City police department employee was arrested and charged.
The individual, identified as Widler Lucas, a 42-year-old NYPD Lieutenant, now faces charges of Criminal Sexual Act, Sexual Misconduct, and Aggravated Harassment.
As of now, the legal process is set to continue.
