NEW YORK, NY – The New York City Police Department is investigating another case in a disturbing trend of assaults and shootings by scooter riders in the city. Police are investigating an incident where a 43-year-old man was shot and slashed by two suspects on scooters on September 28th.
At around 7:25 am, the two riders approached the victim. One shot the victim in the back and the other slashed the victim’s face.
On Tuesday, police released a photo of one of the suspects wanted in the incident.
