New York Drug Dealer Busted With 9 Kilos of Deadly Fentanyl in Pennsylvania

HARRISBURG, PA – Yan Carlos Pichardo Cepeda, 27, has been charged with trafficking nine kilograms of fentanyl into Pennsylvania.

Agents from the Office of Attorney General and Allegheny County law enforcement arrested Cepeda in Pittsburgh last Friday.

Cepeda was observed carrying a backpack and a suitcase, and he was taken into custody after consenting to a search.

Agents found a kilogram of fentanyl in the backpack and additional narcotics in his baggage.

Cepeda faces felony counts of possession with intent to deliver and related offenses. He was arraigned last Friday and is currently in custody.
