NEW YORK, NY – After receiving a 911 call about a group of reckless moped & ATV operators on Madison Avenue, NYPD officers responded fast. They immediately spotted a moped on a sidewalk—after investigating, they discovered it was recently stolen on the Upper West Side & arrested the operator.
