BROOKLYN, NY – A man is being sought by the New York Police Department after beating his victim with a ladder. The incident happened in the vicinity of Beaumont Street and Hampton Avenue in Brooklyn last week. After stating obscenities at the victim, the perpetrator shoved the victim to the ground and proceeded to throw a ladder at him. Call 1-800-577-TIPS if you can assist the police.
