Suspect arrested in NYC subway fatal stabbing

NEW YORK, NY – Police in New York City have arrested a suspect wanted for a bloody knife attack at a subway station in the Bronx on Thursday. According to police, a 27-year-old suspect was arrested and charged for the stabbing that took place inside the 176th Streets subway station in the Bronx.

The male suspect was not identified by police at this time, but he is facing charges of murder, manslaughter, and criminal possession of a weapon.

The 38-year-old victim of the attack died from his injuries at St. Barnabas Hospital. Police said the attack was unprovoked.
