Newark Police Concerned Over Missing Man with Underlying Health Issues

NEWARK, NJ – Public Safety Director Fritz G. Fragé is asking for the public’s assistance in locating Quayon Bickley, a 30-year-old Newark resident who has been missing since Thursday, August 24.

Bickley, who is diagnosed with Schizophrenia and Bipolar Disorder, was last observed around 4 p.m. on the 400 block of South 14th Street. He stands at 5’6″ and weighs 230 pounds, with a dark brown complexion.

At the time of his disappearance, he was wearing a blue baseball cap, a red T-shirt, and blue sweatpants.

Director Fragé encourages anyone with information regarding Bickley’s whereabouts to call the Police Division’s 24-hour Crime Stopper tip line at 1-877-NWK-TIPS (1-877-695-8477). All tips received will remain confidential and could lead to a reward.
