Newburgh lottery player strikes it big with $32K lottery win

NEWBURGH, NY — A top-prize TAKE 5 ticket worth $32,024.50 was sold in Newburgh for the Feb. 12 evening drawing.

The winning ticket was purchased at Market 32 by Price Chopper, located at 39 No. Plank Road.

TAKE 5 numbers are drawn twice daily at 2:30 p.m. and 10:30 p.m., with winners having up to one year to claim their prize.

The New York Lottery continues to contribute billions annually to support public education across the state.
