Five Guys is rolling the dice on a bold new concept, unveiling a flagship restaurant on the Las Vegas Strip that breaks from tradition with a full-service bar and all-day breakfast menu — a first in the burger chain’s 40-year history.
Located inside the Grand Canal Shoppes at The Venetian Resort, the 10,000-square-foot restaurant combines Five Guys’ familiar burgers and fries with a Vegas-style twist. Guests can now pair their meal with beer, wine, frozen cocktails, or specialty alcoholic milkshakes served from a walk-up bar, while a separate shake station continues to offer the brand’s classic mix-in milkshakes.
“This location represents a big moment for our brand,” said Edward Pizzarello, franchisee of the Five Guys Grand Canal Shoppes restaurant. “We wanted to deliver what people have always loved about Five Guys — fresh, handmade food prepared with purpose, quality, consistency and taste — while embracing the energy and indulgence that define Las Vegas.”
The new flagship also debuts a breakfast menu featuring sandwiches made with fresh-cracked eggs, bacon, cheese and optional burger patties, catering to both early risers and late-night visitors.
Designed with Las Vegas flair, the space includes neon signage, custom murals inspired by casino culture and the city’s iconic imagery of dice and cards. A glass-walled potato prep room lets guests watch employees cut and prepare fries on-site, reinforcing the company’s focus on freshness and transparency.
“This year, Five Guys celebrates 40 years of great burgers, quality ingredients and a welcoming experience,” Pizzarello said. “Opening a flagship in Las Vegas allows us to honor our history while inviting a new generation of guests to experience our brand.”
Five Guys’ new Las Vegas flagship marks the brand’s first location with a full bar, a breakfast menu and a design made for the Strip’s around-the-clock crowd.
