No Active Shooter Found at William Allen High School

ALLENTOWN, PA – On Thursday, at around 10:20 a.m., the Allentown Police Department responded to reports of an active shooter at William Allen High School.

Alongside Sheriff’s Deputies from Lehigh County, the school was systematically searched in collaboration with school district personnel to ensure the safety of all present.

It was determined that there was no active shooter on the premises, and no one was injured.

There remains no threat to the public. The investigation is still ongoing, focusing on the origin of the initial call.
