Norfolk Man Charged Following Bagnall Road Shooting

NORFOLK, VA – On Tuesday evening, Norfolk Police Department responded to a gunshot disturbance on the 900 block of Bagnall Road. Soon after, a woman arrived at Norfolk General Hospital with non-life-threatening gunshot wounds. An initial investigation linked the two incidents.

Following this, detectives arrested 34-year-old Donshay H. Simpson, charging him with malicious wounding, conspiracy, use of a firearm, possession of a firearm by a convicted felon, and shooting from a vehicle. Simpson is currently being held in Norfolk City Jail without bond.
