North Jersey Hit-and-Run Left Pedestrian Critically Injured

GUTTENBERG, NJ – A hit-and-run incident in Guttenberg has left a pedestrian critically injured, prompting an investigation by the Hudson County Regional Collision Investigation Unit and the Guttenberg Police Department.

The incident occurred early Saturday, just after 2:10 a.m. A 28-year-old man was struck by a vehicle at the intersection of Park Avenue and 70th Street. The vehicle involved did not stay at the scene. First responders transported the severely injured man to Jersey City Medical Center, where he is currently listed in critical, yet stable condition.
