North Plainfield police seek information in Chatham Street yard theft

NORTH PLAINFIELD, N.J. — The North Plainfield Police Department is investigating a theft that occurred in the early hours of November 3, in which an unidentified individual reportedly took an item from a yard on Chatham Street, according to police.

The incident took place at approximately 12:30 a.m., police said in a social media post. A photo of the suspect was shared by the department, though further details about the item taken were not provided.
