Northeast Philadelphia Shooting Leaves 19-Year-Old Dead

NORTHEAST PHILADELPHIA, PA – A shooting event unfolded Sunday night on the 6600 block of Bustleton Avenue.

Responding to a shooting report around 6:30 p.m., officers discovered 19-year-old Kairo Lessa-Neves with a gunshot wound to the head.

He was promptly taken to Einstein Medical Center, where he later died.

Details surrounding the shooting are still sparse. No arrests have been made, and no weapon has been found.

The Philadelphia Police Department is actively seeking any suspects related to this case and asked individuals with any information to come forward.
