MOUNT CARMEL, PA – A life-changing lottery prize has been won at the Friendly Choice Food Mart in Mount Carmel, Northumberland County. The Pennsylvania Lottery announced that THE GAME OF LIFE™ scratch-off awarded a top prize of $1,000 a week for life.

The winning ticket was sold at 11639 East State Road 61. For their role in selling the winning ticket, the store will receive a $10,000 bonus. THE GAME OF LIFE™, a $10 game, offers players the chance to win either a $1,000 weekly annuity for life or a lump sum cash option of $1.04 million.

Lottery officials remind winners that scratch-off prizes must be claimed within a year from the game’s end-sale date. Winners should immediately sign the back of their ticket and contact the Pennsylvania Lottery at 1-800-692-7481 to secure their prize.
