TOMS RIVER, NJ – Toms River Police Department officers charged Keith Oshiro, a patient at Community Medical Center in Toms River, for assaulting a nurses’ technician at Community Medical Center.
The incident happened on a recent Friday night during the police department’s midnight shift.
According to a police report, Oshiro grabbed the medical worker and punched them in the face while he was receiving treatment.
After the attack, he was quickly subdued and sedated. He was arrested and issued a summons.
