NYC Cop Arrested for Assault

NEW YORK, NY—Early Monday morning, an off-duty New York City police officer was arrested and charged with third-degree assault within the 25th Precinct. The officer, identified as 31-year-old Othman Lantir, was taken into custody at 3:28 AM.
