NYC Cop Facing Multiple Charges Including Strangulation

NEW YORK, NY – An off-duty NYPD officer was arrested on Tuesday in connection with multiple charges. The arrest occurred at 5:45 PM within the jurisdiction of the 115th Precinct.

30-year-old Estarlin Rodriguez faces charges including second-degree strangulation, a felony, as well as second-degree menacing and second-degree harassment, which are a misdemeanor and a violation respectively.
