NYC DOC worker charged for DWI

QUEENS, NY – A 32-year-old male employed by the New York City Department of Corrections (NYCDOC) was apprehended and charged with multiple offenses in the early hours of Saturday within the confines of the 105 Precinct.

The individual, identified as Ronnie Strafford, was arrested at 5:56 a.m. following an incident that prompted law enforcement to take action. As an off-duty employee of the NYCDOC, Strafford now faces charges related to driving under the influence.

The charges brought against Strafford include Driving While Intoxicated, Driving While Ability Impaired – Alcohol, and Refusal to Take a Breath Test.
